Melissa Lapham, DVM

Dr. Lapham graduated from Cornell in 1995, and obtained her veterinary degree from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. She is a member of the Rhode Island Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Lapham was thrilled to join the practice at Portsmouth Veterinary Clinic in 2008.

Dr. Lapham enjoys working with cats and dogs, and loves to focus on preventative medicine, education, and treating each patient as if they were her own.

Outside the practice, Dr. Lapham can be found with her loving husband, two young boys, their cat, Chester, or their horse, Ruby.
