Hilda is a Certified Veterinary Technician with a degree from Newbury College in 1984. Before joining PVC in 2008, she had worked in the emergency and critical care field for 10 years. Hilda is a member of the Rhode Island Veterinary Medical Association and both the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Veterinary Technicians Association.
